Before Visiting the Ashram
Know Our Guidelines

1.For obtaining permission to stay in Ashram every devotee is requested to fill up the necessary forms online 15 days before arrival in ashram and submit it with the following
supporting papers,a. Xerox Copy of Passport.
b. Xerox Copy of visa.
c. Two passport size photographs.
(On your arrival in ashram originals should be provided for verification)
2.It is essential to have prior permission in order to stay in Ashram .Normally permission is given only for 2-7 days to first time visitors and regular devotees can get permission to stay as per their performance during their stay
in the ashram , It is depend on Atma Malik Dhyan Yog Mission.3.Western Devotees are requested to text
their details of arrival on further what’s App no. +919595970220.4.Every devotee is requested to attend meditation six times and aarati three times in a
day which is mandatory for all. Please refer the schedule of time attached with form.5.This ashram is not a place for enjoying holidays or visiting the nearby scenic
places. It is the place for Spiritual Seekers. Those who are staying in the Ashram are expected to devote maximum time to sadhana (Meditation ), strictly following the daily ashramroutine for the duration of their stay.6.Once arrived in Ashram, devotees are
requested to visit Foreign Affair office & fulfill their legal formalities for their easy stay. After completing the formalities rooms will be allotted .7.Devotees need to be Fully Vaccinated and need to upload a Vaccination Certificate .If you are not Vaccinated then RTPCR test is mandatory to be done before arrival 48 hours.
8.Devotees will need to follow the Ashram Rules and COVID-19 Protocols throughout their
stay . 9.The married couple will be allowed to stay in a room. They are requested to produce marital status documents.10.Devotees are requested to arrive in ashram only for meditation purpose.
11. Being a holy place the devotees are not allowed to carry or use following in Ashram.
a. Liquor
b. Cigarettes
c. Tobacco
d. Guthka
e. Any other narcotic drugs.
f. Non-veg foods
Carrying and using the above is against the principles and the teaching of Ashram. It is
strictly prohibited.12. The devotee if found misbehaving in ashram, the authority will order him/her to
leave the place(Ashram) immediately.13. Devotees are requested to behave in such a manner which will maintain peace and
holiness of Ashram.14.The devotees are required to maintain their allotted room properly.

The right of admission and period of stay in the Ashram is reserved .The Ashram may
refuse permission to stay in the ashram without assigning any reason.
15.The devotees should do their personal work themselves.
16.The devotees are requested not to carry unnecessary valuables with them. They
themselves will be responsible for the losses . Ashram will not be responsible.17 .The devotees are kindly requested to maintain every amenity provided by ashram
properly. If anything found damaged , ashram will recover the proper
cost of damages.18. It is compulsory to accommodate two devotees in a room. On some special occasions
more than two devotees will have to share the single room.19. The devotees are kindly requested to save water and electricity.
20. As far as possible the Ashram provides non
spicy food for the foreign devotees but no special demand will be entertained.
Food is blessed by H.H.Gurudev and it
is not subject to adverse comments.21. In case devotee feels uneasy due to illness or any other reason he / she should
inform ashram authority immediately.22. In case a group of foreign devotees wish to meet H.H.Gurudev they should approach office authority and the
office authority will arrange the darshan.23.If you want to plan any other programme or activity, permission regarding the same
must be taken from office in charge of
Foreigner Department. If not done so ashram will not be responsible for any consequence.24. While coming from airport to ashram and returning to airport -Booking must be done only through Ashram authority(office) for which required charges must be paid by the devotee . If you are booking any travel on your
own; it must be informed in written to
the Foreign Office.25. Any suspicious Activity / Things / Persons are noticed in ashram by a foreign
devotee he /she should immediately inform Ashram office.26. Devotees are kindly requested to wear white Dress in Ashram.( no shorts, tight jeans, sleeveless/low-cut shirts etc.)
The ideal outfit is something like the Indian Punjabi suit OR kurta pajama(long ,loose fitting shirt which hang down to the knees and trousers)All Saints are assets of H.H.Gurudev .All saints, Trustees & Departments work under guidance and supervision of H.H.Gurudev. H.H.Gurudev
knows very well how to run and administrate the Ashram. Therefore it is strictly advised to all devotees to concentrate on the main aim to arrive in ashram – that is to do meditation and not to interfere through any mean or any
way in Ashram management.This Ashram is always open only for every true Atma devotee. You all are welcome here to receive the knowledge & experience of Atma. To have Self-Realization.
